9Captcha provides automated CAPTCHA solving services via an API. We guarantee high uptime and rapid solving speeds for registered users with sufficient balance.
- You must deposit funds to use the API.
- Balances are non-refundable except in cases of prolonged service outage.
- We reserve the right to modify service speeds and pricing based on network load.
3. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use 9Captcha for any illegal activities. The API is strictly for automation of legitimate tasks. We actively monitor network requests and will permanently ban accounts found participating in:
- DDoS attacks or network abuse
- Fraudulent account generation for illegal purposes
- Bypassing standard security protocols with malicious intent
4. API Usage and Rate Limiting
Your API key is private and should not be shared. You are responsible for all charges incurred by your API key. We implement rate limiting to ensure fair usage across all enterprise and basic clients.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
